TOM MANN'S CHALLENGE.
HEYOLTXTIOHAJ&Y ORGANISER TO OVERTHROW GOVERNMENT CAPETOWN. April 1. A violent speech was made yesterday by Mr Tom Mann, the Labour leader, who has come out from England to reorganise the Labour forces here. On landing a week ago he declared that it was his intention to keep out of thte clutch of the law and not to create any disturbances. Xow he declares that he is in South Africa as a revolutionary organiser to overthrow the Government and the capitalists of the Rand. He challenges the Government to do its worst on him.
