ALLEGED ARSON
ARREST AT TOLOGA BAY. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.). . GISBORNE, this day. ' An attempt was made on Saturday night to burn a butcher's shop at Tologa Bay. Sacks saturated with kerosene were discovered . outside the building. The fire was suppressed. ; Last night the building wan again fe flames, the sacks on this occasion been placed inside the building. The owner was ateent from the district. A ■man who was in charge of the premises has ibecn arrested. The building, which wa«> destroyed, was insured in thfe National for £100.
