Should the question of the acquisition of Mrs Street's property come before the ratepayers and be favourably received, it is probable that arrangements will bo possible to carry out the larger scheme. It is likely that the Harbour Board, in connection with its harbour - — - • improvements, will acquire.the Campbell property.
