ATANUKAU COUNT X" COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Manukau County Council held on Friday, 2sth 1913, a Resolution was carried 'That the petition preseuted to this Council by the majority of the Ratepayers of the Maraetai Road .District praying that the said Maraetai Road District be merged into the Manukau County Council be received and given effect to, and that this Council by Special Order declare the Road Board of the Maraetai Road District be dissolved, and that such Maraetai Road District be merged into the Manukau County." And it was further resolved thereat that the said resolution be submitted for confirmation at a subsequent Special Meeting of the Council, to be held in the Council Office, Auckland on TUESDAY, 13th January. 1914, at ll' a.m.. with the object oi making the said Resolution a Special Order if so confirmed pnrsnant to Section 31 of "The Counties Act, IDOS."
