A TOUCHING TRIBUTE.
A true story of devotion to the memory of the late King Edward has just come to my knowledge (writes the ■Marienbad correspondent of the "Daily Repress"). For the past four years the | congregation of the English Church here, lat which King Edward worshipped durting' his many visits, have noticed each [Sunday a bouquet of beautiful white | roses on the seat that was always ocj cupied by tbe late King. King Edward. ! when Prince of Wales, went each day | and bought a flower for his button-hole jat a small shop kept by a dear old lady. ■Madame Kreitr. and on becoming King Ihe commanded her always to bring the . flowers herself to the Wiener Hotel. ■ These he himself took from the «**»3r* hands. Each year since his death she has on every Sunday morning during Uhe'season that the church is open, sent 'this bouqnet to be placed on the seat ;as a token of her deep respect and .gratitude. It was done during all this 'time unknown to a single soul aave Madame Kieig and her servant. fcr.
