EMPIRE CITIZENSHIP.
THE NATURALISATION BILL,
(Times-Sydney Sun Special Cable.) LONDON, December 19. A Naturalisation Bill will be presented to Parliament during the coming session, stated Mr Samuel (Postmaster-General) at a meeting of the Empire League yesterday. This would provide that citizens from any part of the British Empire would be recognised as such in any other part.
