In the House of Representatives yesterday Mr Cook said that he had no information regarding the reported lifting of the quarantine from Sydney. There is reason to believe, however, that the report of the recent conference of health officers recommends that the embargo be removed with certain safeguards. There was one new case in Sydney yes-
