BANISHED BY THE KAISEK. <Times-Sydney San Special Cable.) (Received 8.20 a.m.) BERLIN, November 18. The Kaiser has put a court veto on the tango, and a Cabinet order has been issued stating that officers of the Army and Navy in uniform must not dance the tango, one step or two step, and must avoid private houses where these are performed. As the officers always wear their uniform at private balls, the .order means that the tango is practically banished except from places of amusement.
