MEXICAN ANARCHY.
UNITED STATES POLICY. HUEBTA TO RESIGN. (Received 1.35 p.m.) WASHINGTON, October 29. Mr. W. J. Bryan (Secretary of State) has sent a formal Note to the European Powers asking them to suspend the formulation of a definite policy until the United States defines her attitude. It is understood that the United States intends to make a formal demand for the resignation of President Huerta, with free elections subsequently. General Felix Diaz is now aboard the warship Louisiana.
