PICTURE ENTERTAINMENTS. The current programme at the Newton Palace uttra<-ted big crowds yesterday afternoon and evening. It will lie reueared to-day. The Royal Rink was attended at every session yesterday by large numbers of Tinkers. I-~ist night a graceful e-katiug contest for ladies' pairs wa> an added attraction. After keen competition the prize was awarded to the Misses Ashton. At toe Prince's Rink arrangements are w-.U in hand for the carnival to be held toniglit.
