BEFORE CONCILIATION COURT. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. The Conciliation Commissioner was engaged to-day hearing a case brought by the Hamilton Painters and Decorators' Industrial Union. The men claim an increase in wages of 1/3 to 1/4$ an hour. The assessors present were: For the union, Messrs. H. L. Horning (Auckland). M. Cook (Hamilton East). Wm. Russell (Hamilton East)", and for the employers, Messrs- W. Taylor (Anckland), ,E.
