Captain Halsey, in replying, said he iM the Admiralty's permission to state tot whatever Canada decided to do to ia the Empire in wartime, that policy tooH be loyally carried out by the Motherland He added that the reception liven in Vancouver almost equalled that of Auckaoi Both were magnificent.
