Tenders must be accompanied by a cherrue for a preliminary deposit for £15, marked by a banker as "Good for twentyone days." and made payable to the Receiver-General's Deposit Account, Wellington, and not "to order" or "to bearer." Security will be required either in Government debentures, bank deposit receipt in favour of the Inspector-General, cash deposit, or a bond at the hands of two persons approved by the Inspector-General, as the tenderer may elect. The amount of security shall be £200 for Schedules Nos. 1 and 2, and £150 for Schedule No. 3.
