ON FLIMSY EVIDENCE. UNFAVOURABLE IMPRESSION. CONSTANTINOPLE June 23. The executions in connection with the assassination of Shevkct Pasha (Turkish (irand Vizier i have created an unfavourable impression in Turkey. The evidence against Damad Salih Pn.-ha is regarded as flimsy. The prisoners were not permitted to call witnesses or to retain advocates for Lheir defence.
