VISITING MASONIC BRETHREN.
Ihe'ordinarv monthly meeting of Lodge Ava, 348, 1.C., last evening j»s attended by about two hunftred brethren of the craft, including a dozen representatives from H.M.S. -"New Zealand, At the conclusion of the business, the brethren adjourned to the lower hall, where an hour or two was spent socially, an excellent programme, having been, prepared. R.W. Bro. T.-Allen (president of the Royal Navy Association) gave a hearty welcome to the from the battleship. R.W. Bro. Frank Whittaker, D.D.P.G.M., also gave a characteristic patriotic speech of welcome.
