CBIMIMAL ACTS OF A FEW." (Received 11—0 a.m.) LONDON, May 5. Jlr Dickinson moved the second readinn of the Representation of Women Bill prepared by the Liberal conference to-day. He said thnt it -would be a gross injustice to withhold the vote owing to tiie criminal acts of a few. The bill should be passed to be. inoperative until a referendum of women showed that they desired the vote.
