That the members of the Board mtlst carry out the wishes of the majority of the ratepayers, and, before handing ovor ancb a valuable asset as Remuera to the City, be assured that the interests of the ratepayers are fully protected by a legal agreement and not by a verbal agreement only. That the money obtained for kerbing. channelling, and improving the various roads, as per "fcehednle circulated at the time the loan was tseenred, must be spent on the roads for which it -was borrowed. That all Reserves and Recreation Grounds be secured to the people of Rcmucra.
