RECORD COTTON.
Cotton dealers and exporters as well as growers, are rejoicing this season in tne second largest crop on record amounting to about 14.295,500 bales of 16,250,2,6 bales in 1911, and the demand is now so great that there is no more talk of burning crops rather than send them to market, as was the ca=e at one time some twenty years a<ro. With <»ood prices and active demand abroad, and plenty of shipping to carry the product the increase of .business in the Southern States ought to be very appreciable
