The procTamme of events in con tion with the warship's visit is as follows : — April 30.—12 noon, luncheon to 250 men in Town Hull; nfternoon, tramway rides for men over city and suburbs; 8 p.m.. Auckland Club dinner. May I.—Oafdfen Party at Oovernment House; P p.m., Citizens' Ball: smoke concert to N.C.O."s of H-M.s. New Zealand at Working Men's Club. May 2.—12 noon, luncheon to 250 men in Town Hall; afternoon, tramway rides for men over eit.v and suburbs. Smoke concert to officers by Garrison Officers' Club. May 3.—Yacht race to Kawau Island, and wallaby drive at the island for officers. Smoke concert in the evening. Amateur Athletic Club's sports in Domain, and football match for men. May 4.—Trip to Rotorna for 100 men. May i>.—Northern Club conversazione, to his Excellency: Liedcrtafel concert on board ship: trip to Rotorua for 100 men; children's day. May 6.—Trip to Rotorua for 100 men. May 7. —N.0.0.'s Club's dinner and smoke concert to the K.C.O.'s of New Zealand at the Tiffin. Mat B.—Mr. N. A. Nathan's picnk to Helvetia Ostrich Farm for officers. Mr. A. M. Myers' dance to officers. May n.—"Liedertafel concert in Town •Hall. * Souvenir passes will be issued to the officers and men, entitling them to travel over the tramlines of the city during their etay. The. officers' passes will be neatly bound in red leather, and the men's" in bine. The Masonic. Institute has invited Freemasons on board the warship to become honorary members, while the Y.M.C-.V have extended honorary membership to the officers and crew. During the vessel's sfciy in p"Tt all the 'picture "hcatres will bo' free to officers and men. while the Auckland and ManGolf Clubs' links will be open to the officers of the ship. The Auckland Automobile A-sjociaiion has also offered to arrange a motor drive for the officer?.
