MELBOURNE, AprU 28. The Chinaman, Thomas Jones Chia. who, on March 21, shot at and wounded Mr Hwang (Consul-General for China), and who pleaded guilty last week to wounding the latter with intent to do him grievous bodily harm, has been sentenced to five years' imprisonment with bard labour.
