Bell, Minister of Internal Affaire, Acting Minister of Education, and Leader of the Legislative returned on Saturday evening from a visit to hie son. in the Northern Wairoa. He was the guest of the Reform Club on Saturday night, a.nd delivered a ehort addreeeto the members.
