DAMAGES BY INSURANCE ACT. LONDON, April 2. There has been a large decrease in the Bale of patent medicines in Britain owing to the medical benefits accruing to the public from the ncv.' National Insurance Act. On the other hand, advances in the cosl, price of drugs are causing chemists to increase their rates for the making 'up of prescriptions.
