Onehuhga. Municipal Band, Carnation Dancing Assembly. Union Steamship Company, Northern .Steamship Company. Hiiddard-Parkcr Company. Third Auckland Regimental ■Band, Rradney and Binns, Auckland Rup■by Union, and several other local bodies, -committees, and unions added a; parties to the union's award. 'Mr.Morley contended that, as the parties mentioned engaged bands or orchestras for picnics or other functions, they shouldpay the union rates. The Northern Steamship Cornpanj- and the Third Regimental Band were represented by Mr. Grosvenor, who opposed the application.' . Mr. W. Scott (employers' representative on the Arbitration Court) : It is the most extraordinary application I have seen 'before the Court.
