_Ot GREENWOOD'S OFFER. (Received f1.40 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. Mr (i. D. Greenwood, the N.Z. owner, offers to p-ivr £1,000 to any charity if i anyone can disprove his statements regarding his betting cabled yesterday. The statement referred to was to the I effort that he had only invested £2 10/ ' on hi- horse Valido' with the hook ' makers, nor had he ever been interested, I directly or indirectly, in a bet with a, bookmaker- exceeding Co. \
