Williams Company shares, has boon sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment., Mr. Justice Backhouse declined to treat Lloyd as a first offender, but said be did not" think ho would have to serve the whole sentence. The .lodge added: "I know that, in cases of this class the actual punishment very often falls upon innocent persons. It is that fact which makes one almost bate coming into this Court."
