MARKSMEN AT TBBNTHAM. TO-DAY'S SHOOTING. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) TRENTHAM, thi day. Shooting started this morning with the Wellington match, ten shots at 500 and 000 yards. The light was hard and brilliant, causing bad refractions, and the wind was at times heavy, with gusts from tile IqT. This militated against high scori.v, although the men are settling into form. K. S. Champion. Duncan, Millerton, and Vogarty la Dunedhi tyroi put on possibles at the shorter range, but both cracked up tiatliy at WO yards, Imuran registering only BJi, wJtli only one bull's-eye, and Fosartr, missing the target with his last two shots also recorded 38.
