WHITE SLAVERS.
MELBOURNE, this day. At a meeting of the National Council of Women, one woman stated that she had secret information that six female procurers driven out of England by recent legislation met in a house in London aiid decided, as so many girls were going to Australia, to migrate there themselves because it would be months before inquiries were made.
