CAPETOWN, .March 3. Sir N. Frederic de Waal (Administrator of Capetown), speaking at a tenquEt, said that the arrival of H.M.s. Jew Zealand showed South Africans aat they were part of the Empire for ever, and emphasised the desirability of a larger patriotism of the Empire. .-He hoped to sec a South African Mtaonalism which would bring realisation of--South Africa's duty and readiness always to do her sharp with the «ncr Dominions in maintaining the ianpire in its present proud position.
