KeUow (Wellingten); vice-president, Mr. J. T. Norton (Lyttelton); trustees, Messrs. J. G. Laarenson and H. H. S. White (Dunedin); executive committee, Messrs. A. Raven, H. Fisher, and G. K. Mathieson; treasurer, Mr. H. Langdon (Wellington); auditors, Messrs. Fisher and Mathieson; secretary, Mr. H. F. AMen. The next conference will be held at Atrckland in the second week in January. 1914. A CHILD DEOWNEIX ASHBUKTON", Friday. The 14-months-old son of J. <&L 'Hampton, of Hinds, was accidentally drowned by falling into a water-race. • FOLTST) Br TTTF. KTVEK. WANGANUI, this day. The fully-dressed body of an old man named Brookes, missing since Tuesday, was found floating in the river this morning. An inquest is proceeding.
