MISAPPROPRIATION CHARGED. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI. Thureday. Vel. Atkinson, land agent, appeared in Court to-day, charged with fraudulently omitting to pay £25 to E. J. Handle, receded in tenna requiring him to pay the same. The evidence ehowed was to the effect that accused cold a property of Hardie and received £75 depaaat. Hβ deducted £12 commfeeloa paid £25 by cheque, and £13 in cash.
