In the Rugby football match between Wales and Scotland, the former won by 8 pointe to nil. The Common-wealth oruiser H.M.S. Melbourne has reached Gibraltar, and is coaling. All workmen at the Whitehead torpedo works at Fiume (Austria) have been dismissed owing to several of them attacking and wounding the chief engineer during an altercstioa.
