VICEROY RECOVERING.
LONDON, December 29. The Delhi correspondent of Beuter's Agency states that the condition of Lord Hardinge (Viceroy of India) for the first two days after the bomb outrage was serious, and that he seemed to be on the point of collapsing. Clever treatment and a strong constitution enabled the Viceroy to rally.
