APPEAL COURT DECISION". (By Telegraph.—Frees Association* WELLINGTON", this day. The Appeal Court to-day gave judg- ' ment in c Dickens, which was heard on, October 17th, regarding the question of right of priority of ( the Public Trustee in administration; of estates of deceased persons. The Court decided that administration should be granted to the widow and that the Public Trustee pay costs of the hearing. Mr. Justice Chapman dissented, contending that -where the Public Trustee had applied his application must prevail.
