The Federal House of Representatives adopted Mr. Bamford's motion, providing that the representatives of any news" paper publisning misleading or erroneous statements about a member, or reflecting on bis good conduct and integrity, shall be excluded from the precincts" of the House, until an explanation or a contradiction by the aggrieved member is given prominence, equal to that of the oli'endI ing article.
