SEAMEN'S WAGES.
THE PROPOSED INCREASE. LONDON. December 20. The Shipowners' Federation denies that the circular issued by Mr. Havelock-Wil-»on with reference to seamen's wages, was fully concurred in by the. members of the Seamen's and Firemen's Unions. They state that \)Q pn cent of the members of the unions are at sea. and are as yet unaware of the ii-Tease in wages.
