A BILLIARDS AGREEMENT.
LONDON, December 14. The appeal in the Roberts-Gray case has commenced. Counsel stated that the question was whether Gray, as an infant was entitled to declare void an agreement entered into in May. 1910. As a result of Geo. Gray's answer to the claim was that he was an infant in law when the agreement was made, and that be was therefore not bound by it.
