SUNKEN SUBMARINE.
GERMAN FIRM TO PAY. (Received 8.30 a.m.) BERLIN, December 15. The owners of the German liner Amerika will pay to the British Admiral 05 per cent of the loss on the submarine D 2, sunk by collision with the Amerika, and will also meet the claims of relatives of the crew.
