THE CABINET VACANCY.

SYDNEY, December 10. Tbe New South Wales Cabinet had a long sitting to-day to discuss the position arising from the resignation of Mr Beeby (Minister of Lands). It is probable that no successor to Mr Beeby will be appointed until after tLe Blayney election. Meantime Mr Trefle will administer the Lands Department, and Mr Carmichael the Labour Department. Mr Holman (the Attorney-General) has abandoned his proposed trip to London.
