Mr. C. Grosvenor, secretary of the Employers' Assoc:£ion, will appear on behaif of the latter, while Mr. T. Dong will represent the union. The matter was referred to the Arbitration Court from the Conciliation Council, to which body it was unsuccessfully submitted for settlement on July 16. Mt. Justice Sim leaves for Botorua to-m >rrow, and returns to 'Auckland next Tuesday. On Thursday he will hold another sitting of the Arbitration Court here.
