Mr A. J. Hall, well known in commercial circles as the secretary of Messrs H. E. Partridge and Co., Ltd., died yesterday, at the age of 52. having succumbed to' pneumonia. Mr Hal] had hoen for 14 years honorary choirmaster of tho Auckland Baptist Tabernacle and pod-. dud or of the school anniversary singing.
