DT the CHUTESE PRESS. fraud AND unrighteousness September 5. The publication of a garbled version if the British-Tibetan memorandum aused a virulent outburst on the part of 3ie Chinese Press. One journal characterises the British >oKcy as conceived in and resting upon rand and unrighteousness. LONDON, September S, The "Dairy Mail" states that China has iot replied to the British Note regarding fibet. When the memorandum was presented i member of the Chinese Government jersonally rejected it, but Yuan-shih-kai (the Eresident) repudiated the Minister's lotion.
