In spite of the exclusion of its reporters from the Press gallery, the "Daily Telegraph" publishes Parliamentary • report* daily. f ' < The Assembly, on Dr. Arthur's motion, agreed to the readiing of a leading article which appeared in the "Sydney Morning Herald" on Friday last, commenting on the exclusion of the "Daily Telegraph's" reporters. Dr. Arthur then moved that the article was a breach of the privileges of the House. The motion was lost by 72 to 3.
