ALLEGED SUGAR TRUST.
— . (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Further argument on the interlocutory proceedings under the Commercial Trust Act against the Colonial Sugar Company and a group of merchants was heard by (he Chief Justice to-day. The question was as to the discovery of certain letters, an_ a motion for the production of the minute book of the Wellington Merchants' Association. Decision was reserved.
