It is declared that the .formation is in giraiWr strata to that, in Indiana-, in -which, many gems have been found. CONSOLS jTTTLL RISING. (Keceived 11.20 a.m.) LONDON, Jnlj- 28. CobsoJs, which sank as low as £73 12/6 on Thirraday, but have been Tecovering since, were to-day quoted at £74 10/.
