LABOUR'S FIGHT FOR POWER.
&W&ZSNING CONSCIOUSNESS. L (Eecerv-ed 8.25 a,m.) LONDON , , July 2&. Mr Philip Snowden, Labour MP. for ■ Blackburn, said that Labour would continue the fight for independent representation. Mr Arthur Henderson, Labour member for Barnard Castle, Durham, said that the Labour policy in connection with the elections would be dictated solely by the interests of its own movement. Hβ welcomed prevailing unrest, for it showed that a new consciousness was taking possession of the great masses of the people, who were dissatisfied with Eocin.l extremes. The "down tools" policy was going to Oestxoy the old policy of recognition.
