Association decided to draw the attention of the iManawatu Association to the fact that reciprocal show trains had been, arranged for the Auckland chow and not for Waikato, and asking that similar arrangements be ma.de for the Waikato show in ■>fovemiber. Alter a long discussion the association decided to withdraw opposition to .the inclusion of the Claudel&nda show grounds in the borough of Hamilton, in which case the Minister has agreed to favourably consider the merging of Claudelands. rTAWT/TCgC KEFOIOi LEAGUE. A meeting was held at •Hamilton yesterday for the purpose of forming a branch of the Political Reform Leagne, Mr. Herbert Smith presiding over a. large attendance. Mr. Ljndegreen, the league's organiser, delivered an address on the necessity for co-operation, and appealed to those, present to use every effort to lin.vc branches formed. Mr. Noribenrft ,: m) spoke in a. similar strain, and em;"i!osii3ed the need for pecuniary help, ji&iiy eulogistic references were made to Mr. Young's capable representation of the district in Parliament. The following officers were elected:—'President, Mr. Herbert Smith; vine-presidenta, Messrs. H. S. Hkwkins, J. S. Fisher, Geo. Edgecumibe, W. Taylor, C J. W. Barton, R. Reynolds, W. Messa,na, S. Rickards, A. Whyte, Stewart Reid, and A. T. Grifford; treaeuxer, Mr. F. J. Saxby; secretary, Mr. J. Lv Macgregor.
