SUSPECT ATTEMPTS SUICIDE. MOTIVES OF REVENGE. BRISBANE. June 20. The body of a girl named VVilson. aged Dine, was found in the bush near the roadside at Forrest Hill. Her throat was cnt. There are indications that the child was brutally murdered. The pony -which she was in the habit of riding to school returned riderless, and the incident led to -fche discovery of the body. (Received 1.10 p.m.) BRIS.BAXE, this day. A man suspected of the Wilson murder gashed his throat with a razor when he saw the police approaching, and is in a critical condition. In December he was sentenced io six months' imprisonment for assault on the dead girl's elder sister, and it is sup> posed that a desire for revenge led to the murder.
