BURGLARS CAPTURED.
[ ONE ALLOWED TO GET ' (Received 10.20 ajn.) LA_TN"dESTON, this day. A house was burglarised and £40 worth of jewellery stolen. Two men were arrested \n possession of masks and burgi lars' outfits. MELBOURNE, this day. A masked and armed burglar entered an hotel in the city after closing hours and demanded the keys of the safe from the barman. The intruder was overpowered by the ni.sht watchman, and was disarmed. He was allowed to depart by the licensee, who was not aware of the facts.
