Mr Macksy-. Well, I heard the doctor tell you. Mr Nerheny accused Dr Pabst of wasting the time of the Board. Dr. Pabst resented this, and appealed to the chairman, who replied, "Well, yon are wasting the time of the Board." " Mr. Coyle: "Yon are speaking only fox yourself, sir." This observation "was endorsed by other members. Tne inquiry is proceeding.
