Mr. Hosking, : K.C., Dean Fitchett, and Dr. Colquhoun I made appropriate speeches. The secre- , tary reported that there was a paid ' membership of 447 members and associates, and a school membership of 1841. , The income for the year was over £440. < The Otago branch is the largest numeri- ' cally and financially in the Dominion, j Mr. James Allen, M.P., was elected pre- 1 sident. t NEW PLYMOUTH HARBOUR.
